Join Club SupSup Dec 20th for the first event in SLO! The dinner will be held at a private home but is open to the public! The menu has not yet been released but it will have DF, GF, and Vegan options.

Club SupSup at Hearst Ranch Winery (SOLD OUT)
Join Club SupSup on Dec 13 at Hearst Ranch Winery for an unforgettable flavor journey. The menu is a 1920s Hollywood Glam style dinner with a Peruvian spin and will take place in one of the beautiful homes on the property. The dinner will also be in celebration of Chef Candice’s 35th birthday, so expect some delightful surprises!

1 Day Culinary Retreat
Join Chef Candice at her inaugural 1 day culinary retreat on Dec 9 at a Creekside Property in Paso Robles. The theme will be “Puerto Rico” and guests will be invited to participate to take a deep dive into the culinary world of Puerto Rico. The day will start with a tropical brunch and lead into a hands-on cooking class, a tropical cocktail making workshop, a property tour, dinner, and wine tasting with a local winemaker.
Schedule of Events for the day
10 - 10:30 Arrival and check-in
11am Brunch begins with welcome toast and introduction to Chef Candice. Brunch will consist of a tropical themed self serve brunch of typical Puerto Rican dishes & a coffee/tea beverage station
11:30 Small Chef discussion of Puerto Rican food and the food that will be covered in the class and the dinner. Chef will also demonstrate Sofrito that will be used for dinner.
12pm Guests invited to walk and tour property while we prep for the class
1:30pm Class begins with guests given a sneak peak of the roasting pig and the details of how it was done. Guests will then break off into pairs and work on making each side dish together. Chef will fry off the plantains that guests prepare.
Guests will divide and pack up their take home food items.
While the class area is cleaned up, guests are invited to participate in a spirits workshop from a local distillery to create a Puerto Rican style cocktail.
4:00pm After the demo guests are invited to take their seat for a family style spread featuring all the cuisine that was created at the class

Loma Seca Winemaker's Dinner
You are invited to share a magical evening with the captivating winemakers and proprietors, Steve and Pam Beck of Loma Seca Vineyards. This inaugural winemaker dinner will take place in the barn at the stunning property of Farm Blanc et Rouge in Paso Robles. Chef Candice Custodio's "Perfect Farm Fare Picnic Lunch" cooking workshop.
