  • Custom Seasonal Menu: Personalized menu planning with local, premium ingredients from Central Coast farms.

  • Private Chef Service: On-site chef service, individually plated meals (or family-style options for larger groups).

  • Basic Setup & Cleanup: Full kitchen cleanup after the event.

  • Dishware, Cutlery, Glassware, & Linens: Provided for each guest.

  • 1 Service Staff: For plating and cleanup (1 additional staff per every 6-8 people)

  • Choice of Serving Style (individually plated, family-style, or buffet/serve-yourself): Pricing varies for each style

  • Gratuity, tax, and fees included in all pricing. **Discount available for cash payment

  • Additional courses: +$20 per person

  • Wine pairing coordination: +$150 (wine not included)

  • Service staff (for additional plating/clean-up): +$150–$250

Private Dining Pricing Guide

1–2 Guests

  • Minimum Booking Fee: $500–$700

3–5 Guests

  • Minimum Booking Fee: $1,000–$1,200

6–9 Guests

  • Individually Plated

    • Minimum Booking Fee: $1,200–$1,500

  • Family-Style

    • Minimum Booking Fee: $1,000–$1,300

  • Buffet/Serve-Yourself

    • Minimum Booking Fee: $900–$1,100

10–14 Guests

  • Individually Plated

    • Starting at: $1,800–$2,000

  • Family-Style

    • Starting at: $1,500–$1,800

  • Buffet/Serve-Yourself

    • Starting at: $1,200–$1,500

Payment Terms:

  • 50% deposit required to book (20% non-refundable with 30% refundable up to 8 days before event)

  • non-refundable Final payment due 7 hours before event

  • Travel fee may apply for events remote areas, unique layouts, or venues with limited amenities (small kitchen spaces, excessive distance between kitchen and service area, outdated or unique stoves/ovens, etc)

Looking to host a larger group than 20? While Chef Candice does not provide traditional catering services, she can create specialized menus and services suited for larger events. Groups larger than 20 are considered on a case-by-case basis.
